Customized comics, customized drawings, illustrations, cartoons, commissions, designs… Do you need anything like that and you like Runtime-Error’s style? (please read about the author below). Now you can get what you want easily! Click on the button to see some samples (in spanish) or keep reading the instructions:
Send me an e-mail explaining briefly to me your proposal (a comic about your couple, a caricature for a friend, a logo, a mascot for your website, a greeting card, a customized drawing, an illustration for your company or business…). I’ll answer you with the price for the job. In case you were interested, I’d ask you all the information I may need: details for the script if it’s a comic strip, some pictures of the people you want me to draw and other data that may be needed (all of it will be erased after the job’s done).
The price may change according to the complexity of the job and the deadline, but it will be something like this one:
1 DRAWING (one vignette, one illustration, one logo…): 55€ / 71USD
2 DRAWINGS: 95€ / 123USD
3 DRAWINGS: 135€ / 174USD
4 DRAWINGS: 160€ / 206USD
5 DRAWINGS: 185€ / 240USD
6 DRAWINGS: 210€ / 270USD
MORE THAN 6 DRAWINGS: 35€ / 45USD per drawing
*If you are a bussiness or the work is for commercial purposes, prices may be about 10-15% higher.
The payments are made through bank transfer (I’ll give you my account number and the information when you write me) or Paypal, and in these terms: once we agree a price and the characteristics of the job, you should pay me the first half of the money, so I could start drawing, and the second half would be paid once you have received the finished result in your e-mail, in a good resolution so you could print it if needed. It is also possible pay it completely in advance if you can’t be bothered to make two bank transfers, or if the bank charges you a commision for them, etc. That’s up to you :)
When I have done a pencil sketch, I would usually send it to you so you can approve it before I continue it. I usually finish a job before four weeks. It depends on the complexity of the job, but most of the time I just need about 15 days to finish it.
You should keep in mind my style: I draw cartoons with a comical and easy going style, not very realistic and serious, but I’ll do whatever I can to adapt to your needs. If you’re not sure about me, you can always write me just to consult me, without commitment.
If you represent a media, or a company and you already have your own price list and terms, or want a regular collaboration I’ll be also delighted to hear your proposal. I’m sure we’ll be able to reach an agreement with a reduced price.
To commission me a job or to ask without commitment, you can use the e-mail below. More than 300 clients have already asked for designs, custom comics, illustrations, logos…! Thanks! :)
Important: Once the work is finished it will belong to you, but I reserve the right to show a little fragment of it on the website as an example of the kind of commissions I take. Anyway, whenever I show these works, it’s always months after they have been made, and all the personal details are erased to protect your privacity :)
“Runtime-Error” is Juanjo Escofet, a cartoonist and illustrator from Barcelona (Spain). His main weapon to attack and to butter somebody up are his pencils, and with them in his hands, he stands out for his great ability to laugh at everything, including himself and his readers. His humor, sometimes white, sometimes dirty, sometimes black, and sometimes shit-colored, can be beautiful and at the same time the most destructive, cruel and merciless in all the internet.
A controversial and provocative cartoonist, but tender guy and a dreamer as well (he mostly dreams about your younger sister and your mother), he’s got a strong presence in the internet and in the online comics.
Amongst the magazines that have dared published his works are Amaníaco, TMEO, Monográfico, the spanish edition of MAD, Solidaridad Obrera, Certo, LaRaña, Pulp Comics Magazine, Replika, La Cremallera, etc. Most of them are from Spain.
Runtimecomics, this website, is also his own work: an online cartoon diary, with comics, news and humor brought to you by Runtime Error and his great collaborators. We hope you like it!
If you want to make any comments, suggestions, proposals, comic comissions, you can send an e-mail to Runtime, he’d be happy to respond you (the only way to be 100% sure he’d answer it’s by e-mail). He also has a Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts, so you can find him there. He’s very reachable and loves to stay in touch with his readers :)
